I must commend Kathleen Costanzo for a wonderful experience in locating and securing my new home in Fort Lauderdale.
I began my quest in August 2015, while visiting Florida with a friend, who was also seeking to relocate here.
We were not at all happy with the actions of other realtors in this area. Some complained about all of our requirements, while others only showed us properties that were not only way over our price range but had very few of the things that we wanted in our new homes. One actually lectured us for a full half hour about why we needed to change our budget and wish list, and that we were only allowed to use him to show properties, this was all while driving in heavy traffic.
Kathleen Costanzo was immediately able to show us many units that did fit not only our budgets but also had the things that were on our wish list.
Kathleen, spent many hours working diligently to find our homes and also she offered many helpful suggestions that made our visit in August and also our move to Florida much easier and enjoyable. She was able to help with suggestions for navigating through the city and surrounding towns, and gave excellent advice about restaurants, shopping and entertainment in the area.
Every company should have a "Kathleen". She really made us feel welcome and never once did she make us feel that we were too much trouble.
We are now full time residents of Florida and very happy in our new homes, thanks to Kathleen Costanzo.
Should we ever need to buy or sell in the area, Kathleen is the person we would call. We have referred several people to her and hopefully they will contact her and have the same great experience that we had.
Kathleen is not only an asset to Keller-Williams but an asset to her profession.
